CREDIT ACCOUNTS POLICY
Our terms are strictly cheque, credit card
(Visa/Access/MasterCard/Delta/Electron/Maestro/Solo), postal order, or cash. We do not offer
account facilities as to do this would involve us in very much higher overheads
and more staff to control credit. This could only result in higher prices which
we do try to keep down as much as it is in our hands to do so. Most orders, but
only if received before 12.00hrs midday will - subject to stock availability - be
despatched the same day.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
VAT at the standard rate is to be added to all prices, including carriage
charges. Please use the Order Form enclosed, in order to help us to forward your
goods quickly. Every effort is made to pack goods securely but we regret we
cannot be responsible for damage or goods lost or delayed in transit. The
current rate of VAT is 15.0%.
All price and carriage charges are subject to alteration without notice.
IMPORTANT
Because of the weight/cost ratio, any single order for A4 or A3 paper cannot
exceed 6 or 4 reams respectively, without becoming subject to additional
postage, even in cases where the overall order totals sufficient to qualify for
free carriage. Please note that where an order is for A5 or above sized
paper/board and because of its value qualifies for the lower rate of carriage
charge, the next higher rate of carriage charge (£7.00) will be applied to
ensure that the order can be adequately protected for its journey. Owing to
possible exchange rate problems, goods for delivery to Eire or the Channel
Islands should be paid for by Sterling bankers draft or cheque and customers will need to contact us for a costing of the carriage for each order. Customers in the
EC who are registered for VAT are asked to ensure that they advise their
Registration number at the time of placing any order, otherwise VAT will be
charged to the order. All price and carriage charges are subject to alteration
without notice.
RETURNS.
Goods supplied in accordance with customer's order and returned to us undamaged
will be subject to a 15% handling charge. No return can be allowed when goods
supplied have been cut, printed or processed by the customer.
SPECIAL ORDERS
We can obtain many special products but are in the hands of the manufacturers in
respect of delivery timescales and cannot be held responsible for late delivery.
Specially ordered items cannot be accepted for return.
CARRIAGE CHARGES
Delivery in England, Wales, Southern & parts of Eastern Scotland will be by
Parcel Force carrier at regular cost as published below - other areas within the British Isles,
including London Congestion postcodes, will
also be by Parcelforce but with Zonal Surcharges. Please ask if you need
clarification.

£125.00: £7.00 reduction on carriage cost.
++ = The £14.00 will only be levied where we cannot put the order, safely, into one package. Where only one package is used then the invoice will be adjusted and a credit given.) Free insurance up to a maximum of £150.00 is provided for all carrier orders. If additional insurance for orders of a value higher than the £150.00 is required you will need to request it at the time of placing an order and the cost will be added to your invoice. A 'Next Day' service is available at an additional cost of £1.26 per parcel but only to non-Zonal delivery addresses. Saturday delivery is available at a cost £20.76.
All prices are subject to VAT, which is payable on both goods and carriage.
COLLECTION OF GOODS
If customers wish to collect goods from our warehouse they will be most welcome,
but IT IS ESSENTIAL TO TELEPHONE IN ADVANCE, so that
someone can be available and your order can be ready upon your arrival.
